Recently, Jingqi secured an order for a custom‑designed nitrogen generation system for a rubber industry client, to be exported overseas: two sets of B‑series nitrogen generators, each rated at 300 Nm³/h, producing high‑purity nitrogen at 99.995%, providing full‑scenario gas support for the client’s rubber product lines.

With the two units operating in parallel, the system delivers 600 Nm³/h of high‑purity nitrogen, precisely covering the three core application scenarios:
Rubber vulcanization – Creates a high‑purity inert atmosphere inside the vulcanization equipment, completely isolating oxygen to prevent yellowing, stickiness, and physical property fluctuations caused by thermal oxidative aging at elevated temperatures.
Purging and protection – Provides high‑flow nitrogen to swiftly remove volatile gases and dust during processing, maintaining a clean working environment and eliminating batch‑to‑batch quality risks for premium seals and export orders.
Equipment maintenance – With a capacity of 600 Nm³/h, the system enables rapid displacement and purging of pipes and vessels, minimizing downtime and maximizing effective production time.
II. 99.995% High‑Purity Nitrogen – Precisely Guaranteeing Rubber Quality
In the rubber vulcanization process, the service life of the vulcanization bladder is directly related to nitrogen purity. When purity drops below 99.99%, the bladder’s lifespan decreases noticeably. This system locks purity at 99.995%, with residual oxygen content controlled within 50 ppm and a dew point ≤ ‑40°C – equivalent to creating an almost inert environment with negligible reactive species inside the vulcanization equipment, fundamentally preventing oxidative degradation and excessive cross‑linking caused by high‑temperature oxygen exposure.
III. On‑site Nitrogen Generation – Reshaping Cost and Efficiency Advantages
Parallel redundancy, never out of gas – Given the non‑stop nature of rubber production lines, the two units serve as mutual backups. When one unit is under maintenance, the other can independently supply nitrogen, ensuring seamless transition between servicing and operation.
