To comprehensively enhance the team leadership of the company's middle and senior managers and build a highly efficient, high-performing organization, Shandong Jingqi successfully held a two-day “Special Training Program for Improving Management Capabilities of Middle and Senior Managers” from August 2 to 3, 2025. The theme of the training was “Team Leadership: The Leadership Art of Building High-Performance Teams”, taught by Li Wei, a well-known domestic leadership expert and internationally certified instructor. The course covered leadership awareness, the four-step method for building high-performance teams, and other topics, helping both the enterprise and individuals move in the right direction. The training adopted an integrated “offline + online” model, with more than 30 middle and senior managers and department-recommended key employees participating. The response was enthusiastic and the results were significant.

Leadership Sets Sail: From Cognitive Breakthroughs to the Four-Step Method for High-Performance Teams

At the beginning of the training, Mr. Li used the idea that “leadership is not management” as an entry point, guiding participants to think deeply about the underlying logic of management and leadership behaviors. He then explained the four key steps for building high-performance teams from four dimensions: team building (centripetal force), team performance (cohesion), team learning (sense of belonging), and team development. The progression was clear and logical, helping participants comprehensively improve their leadership capabilities.

Immersive Learning: Diverse Interaction Inspires New Thinking on Leadership

During the training, Mr. Li used case studies, scenario simulations, image memory methods, and other diverse formats. Participants gradually clarified the core behaviors and practical essentials of each stage and reflected deeply on their own leadership styles. Everyone actively joined group discussions, role-playing, and action planning, sharing insights and generating lively exchanges of ideas. The atmosphere on site was energetic.

Passing on Appreciation and Building Cohesion: Lighting the Team with Recognition

As the training neared its end, Mr. Li thoughtfully guided participants to make appreciation cards by hand, giving sincere recognition to respected partners around them and expressing heartfelt appreciation and thanks face to face. This warm and ceremonial session not only enlivened the atmosphere, but also deepened emotional connections and mutual understanding among participants, allowing the warmth of leadership to be quietly conveyed through interaction.

At the training summary meeting, company chairman Xu Jinqi vividly compared the learning experience to “Nine Yang Divine Skill”, emphasizing that only by integrating knowledge with action and applying what has been learned can training outcomes be truly transformed. He encouraged all participants to deeply integrate the course content into daily management practice, and asked the HR department to further extend the training results by formulating a systematic follow-up plan to test and consolidate employees' mastery and application of the management knowledge system. Participants then shared their learning experiences one by one, saying that they would continue to reflect, summarize, and improve in their work, and actively apply the theories they had learned to solve practical problems.

Everyone firmly believes that as long as they work together with aligned goals, individual capabilities will continue to break through and team combat effectiveness will be significantly strengthened, helping the company move toward higher-quality development.

Looking ahead, Shandong Jingqi will take “team leadership” as the core of cadre development, uphold a truth-seeking and pragmatic spirit, promote the deep integration of learning outcomes into management practice, and strive to build an efficient management team with warmth, combat effectiveness, and strategic vision, empowering the enterprise to achieve sustainable development through solid action.
