Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) air separation technology uses the selective adsorption characteristics of adsorbents for gas components under changing pressure. Through periodic pressurization and depressurization, it dynamically separates oxygen and nitrogen from air. In the main process, feed air is compressed and purified before entering the adsorption tower group, where product gas is continuously generated through adsorption and regeneration cycles.

Integrated skid-mounted base
Jingqi provides full-process process-equipment integration from compressed-air input to process-gas output, together with process instrumentation, piping, and electrical installation. With an integrated skid-mounted base, the complete unit can be delivered as a skid-mounted system. Based on operating conditions, purity requirements, capacity needs, and load curves, Jiamai provides deep system-level customization for users. This is not simple equipment assembly, but an organic integration of core equipment such as air compressors, refrigerated dryers, and nitrogen generators, as well as a creative redesign of PSA system processes. With system-level thinking, Jiamai redefines the efficiency boundaries of gas separation.
Simple and fast on-site installation significantly shortens the project construction cycle.
The integrated layout reduces pipeline losses and footprint, significantly saving construction and operating costs.
The unit uses multi-module, standardized PSA nitrogen generators for more stable operation.
